John Seitz started in Residential and Commercial Construction in 1977 in Ohio. Working in his family's business as a carpenter to a foreman to a supervisor, eventually becoming Co-Owner and President of Seitz Design and Construction, Inc. John was active in his church and community as Parish President, City Planning and Zoning Commission Member, as well as President of the Area Chamber of Commerce. He started Jamrich Properties,LLC in 1990 which began his second career in Property Management. Upon moving to Florida he has stayed active in the Civic Community as a Board Member on a Condominium Association Board of Directors, as well as a proud member of the Sanibel Captiva Chamber of Commerce and the Fort Myers Beach Chamber of Commerce.
